Neelabha Chatterjee possesses over 12 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and consumer goods sectors.
As the Director and Founder of LUK Hospitalities Limited, he oversees the management and optimisation of the operational performance of two ibis-branded hotels in Birmingham and Coventry. His role demonstrates a proven track record in hotel operations, asset management, procurement, and financial oversight. Neelabha holds dual master’s degrees from Cranfield University, UK and has obtained and completed a certificate course on Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University, US. He is advancing his entrepreneurial and venture finance knowledge through a program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. His professional background includes senior operational roles within various private hotel groups and Coca-Cola Enterprises, where he has achieved remarkable improvements in operational efficiency, exceptional customer service delivery, and profitability enhancement. At Matrexia, Neelabha leverages his robust supply chain management and business administration foundation to drive the company’s growth, foster innovation, and advocate for a culture rooted in collaboration and sustainability.
Dr. Dipak Kr. Chanda

Dr. Dipak Kumar Chanda is a materials scientist with over a decade of experience in advanced materials research and
industrial Asinnovation. At Matrexia Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he leverages his expertise in graphene and coatings to foster next-generation solutions.He has previously led technical operations as General Manager at Somal Refractory Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana, and directed the graphene and technical divisions at Ferro Refratech, Jamshedpur, where he focused on enhancing material performance through applied research. Dr. Chanda earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Nanotechnology from Jadavpur University and an MTech in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur. Renowned for his low-cost industrial graphene synthesis techniques and the development of advanced anti-corrosion coatings, his work emphasizes sustainability by converting industrial carbon waste into valuable materials. His research impact spans industrial durability, biomedical applications, and heritage restoration. With numerous publications, Dr. Chanda is recognized as a leader driving innovation in materials science and nanotechnology.
Dr. Shubhadeep Maity

Dr. Maity is the Marketing Manager at Matrexia Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he combines his scientific expertise
with strategic market insight to promote innovative material solutions. With over a decade of experience across sales, technical support, research, and academia, he brings a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen. He earned his Ph.D. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, with research focused on alloy synthesis, advanced characterization, and the study of aluminium, titanium, zirconium, nickel alloys, and steels—work that has resulted in multiple high-impact publications. His professional experience spans 3D printing technologies at Anisotropic Pvt. Ltd. and IIT Kharagpur, and technical sales at Ultra nanotech Pvt. Ltd., a leading nanomaterials supplier. At Matrexia, he has participated in over 200 tenders and secured more than 20 successful bids, particularly in graphene and metal powders. Beyond work, Dr. Maity is a national-level yoga participant, painter, and rated chess player (FIDE 1700), reflecting discipline, creativity, and excellence both professionally and personally.

With extensive experience in the coal mining and energy industries, Mr. Guharohy has a robust background spanning several decades. Before establishing Matrexia, he held a top management position at South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL). His career culminated in the role of Chief General Manager in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India, where he demonstrated strategic leadership in overseeing essential operations and managing large-scale initiatives. Mr. Guharoy has consistently fostered innovation throughout his professional journey, enhancing growth and operational efficiency at one of India’s foremost coal enterprises. With his expertise and visionary thinking, he is committed to advancing materials technology for future applications.
Nikhil Bandhu Ghosh

Additionally, he has a solid human resources background, focusing on labour welfare and management. As the Chief Financial Officer of Matrexia Advance Technologies Private Limited, Mr. Ghosh leverages his extensive industry knowledge to drive financial growth, optimise operational efficiency, and foster long-term sustainability. He has been instrumental in financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring, ensuring businesses scale effectively while maintaining fiscal health. He demonstrates a keen ability to identify growth opportunities and optimise resource allocation.
Dr. Utsab Guharoy

As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Matrexia Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd., He is responsible for steering the
company’s strategic vision to foster innovation in manufacturing high-quality nanoparticles and 2D materials. He earned a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom and possesses over four years of postdoctoral research experience at the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Guharoy's areas of expertise encompass computational materials modelling, Catalysis, advanced and simulation techniques, further enhanced by a certification in AI and Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His distinguished accomplishments include being awarded the esteemed CAS President’s International Fellowship Initiative (PIFI) Postdoctoral Fellowship, securing a research grant from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and publishing numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Guharoy’s experience also includes project management in renewable energy, biofuel processing and biogas technology at IIT Guwahati, where he oversaw community-scale rural electrification initiatives. At Matrexia, he effectively synergises his technical proficiency and leadership abilities to advance the company's commitment to the industrial-scale production of high-quality graphene and its derivatives, delivering cost-effective, high-performance, and environmentally sustainable material solutions supported by rigorous quality assurance throughout the production process.
